Transportation Fees

The final delivery fee for standard shipping can be viewed at checkout. Please note that free shipping is available during the promotion. Don't miss out!

We offer expedited and express delivery services. However, the shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.

The bird's nest was found to be damaged upon receipt.

Please open the package and inspect the goods upon receipt. If any damage is found, immediately take photos of the "express waybill + damaged goods" and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue for you.

Unable to receive bird's nest

Please send us your order ID via WhatsApp. Our staff will reply to you within 24 hours.

How long after placing an order will it be shipped?

In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays), while pre-sale orders will be shipped according to the time indicated on the product details page.

Track my package

You will receive a tracking link in your email within 24 hours of your purchase being shipped. It may end up in your spam/junk mail folder.

Update purchase details

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the details. However, subscription buyers can change their details for the next shipment. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Returns and refunds

Bird's nest is a special tonic. To ensure quality, you can apply for a return and refund within 7 days of receipt if the product is unopened and does not affect resale. Products that have been opened or affect resale cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Coupon failed to be used

If you have multiple coupons or promotions, they generally cannot be combined. If a coupon has expired, unfortunately, there is no compensation. The specific discount amount depends on the terms and conditions of the promotion.
