We offer expedited and express delivery services. However, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

After receiving the goods, I found that the bird's nest was damaged

Please unpack and inspect the goods when signing for them. If any damage is found, please take a photo of the "Express Delivery Receipt + Product Damage Picture" immediately and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue for you.

Failed to receive bird's nest

Please send us your order ID via WhatsApp. Our staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Spot orders will be shipped within 48 hours (postponed on holidays), and pre-sale orders will be shipped according to the time marked on the product details page.

Track My Package

All purchases will receive a tracking link in your email within 24 hours of shipment. It may land in your email's spam folder.

Update purchase details

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the details. However, subscription purchasers can change their details for the next shipment. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Return and Refund

Bird's nest is a special tonic. To ensure its quality: within 7 days of receipt, if the product is unopened and does not affect secondary sales, you can apply for a return and refund. Items that have been opened or affect secondary sales are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Coupon usage failed

If you have multiple coupons or promotions, they generally cannot be combined. If a coupon has expired, unfortunately, there is no redemption. The exact discount amount depends on the specific terms of the promotion.
